The 3ARC Angel software suite is a rich and mature web-based application. Whether you are viewing the application on a desktop or mobile, an infinite number of assets can be tracked at all times with immediate alerts.
A multitude of tracking options and devices creates hundreds of possible uses that make business much more efficient.
All the data we collect from our devices (such as date/time/location, SOS alerts, motion breaches) is 256-bit encrypted both ways for live communication with our Angel database in the Cloud.
Using the customer’s choice of maps, we display all information about an incident on a single pane in a standard web browser (including smartphones). This allows an Angel monitoring service to operate either from a traditional call-centre and/or via mobile users on the ground, at the same time.
Angel Incident Management
The 3ARC Angel software suite can display 3ARC-equipped and other assets (such as support teams and ambulances) to assist complete incident management …even showing evolving relationships in real time. With built-in IP telephony we can combine concurrent handling of data and voice calls with many-to-many conversations, without needing to open any other software applications (especially handy on a smartphone)
